About Us

Learn a bit more about Pivot Case Management and how we came about.
We have over 25 years experience.
How did Pivot Case Management start?

Pivot Case Management Services was birthed out of the need in the Goulburn Valley for more specialist family violence services, specifically working with those who are known as respondents or perpetrators of family violence. Family violence regulations require services to keep men accountable and hold them responsible for their actions. Pivot Case Management goes further by giving men the opportunity to explore the old ways of thinking and acting, while learning new ways of strengthening the intimate relationship they are in. In cases where the relationship has ended, the focus is on how to navigate out safely, particularly if children are involved.
